HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard and international orders will be dispatched 1-3 business days after placing your order. Express orders will be dispatched the same business day if your order is received before 12 PM EST. Express orders placed after 12 PM EST next business day after placing your order. Any orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday or next business day. If you need your order shipped sooner, please contact support@odette-odile.com with your order number and we will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible.  


Pre-orders will have an indicated wait time listed in the item description. If your order contains pre-order and in-stock items and you would like your in-stock items shipped first, please contact support@odette-odile.com and we will standard ship your items the following business day. If you would like your in-stock items shipped internationally or using express shipping, please place separate orders.



DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we offer international shipping. We do NOT ship to Brazil, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, or Ukraine.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the country. Odette + Odile is not responsible for paying any import duties, taxes or any other fees that might be associated with shipping internationally. If Odette + Odile bears any additional costs while shipping internationally, the customer will be billed. 


HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once we have shipped your order, we will send a shipping confirmation email and tracking details will be provided in this email.


Route

All orders are shipped with Route and can be tracked using the Route website or Route app. Route package protection is optional and paid for by you (the customer) at check out. All orders using Route shipping protection will be shipped carbon neutral and are protected against theft, damage, and if the package is lost during transit. For any issues with an order in transit that has been placed with Route shipping protection, please contact Route.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Odette + Odile Store Credit.

WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?

If you have ordered a preorder item, it means that it is currently sold out and in production, or it is a made-to-order item. There is an estimated wait time listed on each preorder item. Any items ordered alongside a preorder item can be shipped separately, or held back and shipped all at once at the customer's request. If you would like accurate dates for shipment on pre-order items, email us. Generally, your order will be dispatched in 4-6 weeks as a guide.
