EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges on full priced items within 7 days of receipt of the delivery, this excludes sale items. Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.

We reserve the right to reject an exchange should we deem the garment to breach these conditions. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange bodysuits as it is against hygiene regulations.

If you have received a(n) incorrect or damaged item(s), please notify us within 3 days of delivery using the form below.

If your package was damaged during transit, please contact Route.

Items can be exchanged for a different size of the same originally purchased garment in the same originally purchased colorway. Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. To request an exchange, fill out the form below. Once you receive authorization, the item(s) must be shipped to us within 7 days. After item(s) are received by Odette + Odile, you will be notified and your replacement item will be shipped abiding Odette + Odile Shipping Policy.

Items can be exchanged for a store credit in the same value as originally paid for the item(s) excluding any taxes, import fees or duties. Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. You must register for an account at odette-odile.com to use store credit. Store credit cannot be shared with or transferred to another odette-odile.com account. Store credit can not be redeemed for any monetary value. To request an exchange for store credit, fill out the form below.

Route package protection is non-refundable and unable to be redeemed as store credit. 

Taxes, import fees and duties on orders are non-refundable and unable to be redeemed as store credit.

Items cannot be exchanged without being authorized by Odette + Odile. You can exchange your item only if it abides to the conditions listed above. To request an exchange, fill out the form below. Odette + Odile will pay for shipping fees associated with all authorized exchanges.
