WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM EMAIL US RIGHT AWAY AND DETAIL THE FAULT, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A FULL REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON FULL PRICED ITEMS WITHIN 7 DAYS RECEIPT OF THE DELIVERY, THIS EXCLUDES SALE ITEMS.

ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNDAMAGED AND BE IN THE EXACT CONDITION THEY WERE RECEIVED IN. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT A REFUND SHOULD WE DEEM THE GARMENT TO BREACH THESE CONDITIONS. UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE SWIMWEAR/BODYSUITS AS IT IS AGAINST HYGIENE REGULATIONS.

RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3 DAYS RECEIPT OF THE GOODS. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT THAT IS VALID FOR 3 MONTHS FROM DATE OF ISSUE.

DO I HAVE TO PAY POSTAGE FOR A RETURN?

YES, YOU WILL NEED TO COVER ALL POSTAGE COSTS UNLESS ODETTE + ODILE HAS SENT YOU A FAULTY ITEM OR HAS MADE AN ERROR.
